These terms and conditions apply to the purchase agreement concluded on the website. www.elektrikas.ee based on the order submitted between STRAT OÜ and the Buyer. The parties consider the order submitted by the Buyer to be the Buyer's wish to conclude www.elektrikas.ee Purchase agreement for the goods specified in the order.
A valid order is based on an order duly submitted by the Buyer and an advance payment for the ordered goods, in accordance with the order confirmation submitted by the electrician. Once the amount has been credited to the electrician's settlement account, the electrician will proceed to fulfill the order. If the Buyer has not paid for the ordered goods within five days of receiving the order confirmation, the order will be canceled.

www.electrician.ee will ship the ordered goods within 2–5 business days after the money has been received in the www.elektrikas.ee bank account. If the ordered goods are not in stock in Estonia or the order cannot be fulfilled within 2–5 business days for any other reason, elektrikas will notify the Buyer thereof. elektrikas is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods to the Buyer caused by the postal service provider.

Purchase information

Select the desired product and click on the „Add to cart“ button. The selected product will be added to your shopping cart. Once you have added the desired products to your shopping cart, check them again before confirming your order. If you wish, you can change and add to the contents of your shopping cart before confirming your order. You can also remove products from your shopping cart before finally confirming your order.

Please note!

• The selected product in your shopping cart is also available to other buyers until the order is confirmed, which means that after the order is confirmed, it may become apparent that some products cannot be delivered.
• A one-time shipping fee (depending on the selected delivery service provider) will be added to the price of the products, which will be added to the cost of the ordered products.
• Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and confirm your agreement with them.

How to place an order in the online store?

• Choose the product you like
• By clicking on the „Add to cart” button, the selected product will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
• You can view the contents of your shopping cart by either clicking on the selected product directly in the shopping cart or by clicking on the shopping cart button at the top of the selection page.
• “In the ”Open shopping cart" view, you can change the quantities of products and delete them from the list if necessary.
• Once you have completed your order, click on the „Place order” button, enter the required information, and select your delivery method.
• Select a suitable payment method and pay for your order. After completing the payment, be sure to click on the „Back to merchant” button.
